Tax Prep Process

E-Sign an Engagement Letter (Must be signed annually)
Online Tax Organizer (Small Businesses/S-Corp/Partnership clients will need to complete both Individual and Business)
Upload documents to the Client Portal (New Clients will need to create an account)
Processing Once steps 1-3 have been completed, please allow a few business days for the return to be completed. Our office will then upload a draft tax return to your client portal and setup a time for review.
Signature Documents Once you have approved the return, our office will upload e-file documents into your portal for signature.
Payment Our office will then email you an invoice for you to pay electronically.
E-File Once you have e-signed, we'll process the signature forms and upload your tax return(s) to the IRS & states for electronic filing.
